| CANCELLATION OF ADMISSION AND REFUND OF FEE |

General- There are three types of rules for refund of fee due to cancellation of admission.
- Rules for cadidates admitted under CAP round by Government under CET or AIEEE.
- Rules for candidates admitted under CAP round under management quota.
- Rules for candidates admitted by management to seats falling vacant after the CAP round.
- Each of the rules are applicable to only that particular type of candidates as per the type of admission taken as applicable and should not be mixed up.
- Cadidates should have paid the full fees and submitted all the documents and confirmed the admission prior to applying for cancellation.In case any candidate has not paid the full fee or submitted
all the relevant documents then his/her admission is not confirmed.Such cadidates should submit the original documents within four working days.
Failing to do so the admission shall stand cancelled automatically.Refund of fee shall not be applicable in such cases.
- Candidates desirous of canceling admission shall apply for cancellation in the proforma O of DTE brochure only.
- Refund shall be made within 15 days from the submission of proforma O.
- The above rules are applicable to all categories of candidates. Regarding amounts of refund and time the specific rules are given below.
Refund of Tuition Fee, Development Fee and Other fees for cancellation of CAP admission (Other than management quota)
The relevant rules as given in DTE brochure shall be applicable
Refund of Tuition Fee, Development Fee and Other fees for cancellation of admission of management quota seats and to seats fallen after CAP round
